May 17, 10am-12 pm, Bethlehem UMC in Moneta, VA, is celebrating the installation of a new Rodgers Infinity 489 four manual organ, with a workshop and concert by Dan Miller, internationally renowned organ recitalist and Rodgers artist. Information about these events is here. Both the workshop and concert are free and open to the public. June 6 and 7 Rockingham Court UMC, located at 4615 Bryan Road, Roanoke, VA, will have a Huge Yard Sale on Friday, June 6, from 8 am to 2 pm and Saturday, June 7, from 8 am to 1 pm. We'll have clothing, home goods, books, and lots of miscellaneous items. We will have available to purchase sausage biscuits for breakfast and hot dogs for lunch. We will also have a Bake Sale. Vendor or individual "yard sale spaces" are also available to purchase: $10 for 1 day or $15 for both days. Please bring your own table and/or tent. Pease call 540-427-0112 for information.

October 4: District UWF Annual Meeting at Calvary UMC, Stuarts Draft (located at 2179 Stuarts Draft Highway in Stuarts Draft, VA). The day includes 10:30 am gathering with refreshments and 11:00 am program.
